HOW DO I ORDER?

If you’d like the item in its original fabric, just head to our Products page and select your size! When you shop the original design, the fabric is usually already in stock, meaning we can get it made and sent out much quicker 🪡

Looking for something different? We specialise in custom orders, just DM us on Instagram and we’ll chat through your ideas and options. We can make any item in any fabric! If you get in touch via DM or email we can send you all our fabric options, then you can send us a screenshot of the ones you love along with the style you’re after, and we’ll work our magic 💫 Please note, all custom orders are subject to availability.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Our usual turnaround time is 12–14 days and you can select Standard delivery (2-3 working days) or Next Day delivery at checkout. If your chosen fabric is in stock, your item can usually be sewn within 2-4 days, a lot quicker than usual.

Most of our pieces are made to order, so we need a little extra time to make sure everything is perfect for you!

Need something that’s not listed as ‘In Stock’ but want it sooner than 12–14 days? Just pop us a message on Instagram or send us an email and we will always try our best to make it happen for you… 🍀

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

As all items are made to order and created specifically to each customer’s request, we do not currently offer returns.

In the event that your item does not fit as expected, we offer a tailoring service, with the first alteration free of charge. This ensures your piece fits you exactly how you like it.

HOW SHALL I WASH MY ITEMS?

For best results, we recommend gently handwashing your item. Handwashing is kinder to delicate fabrics and helps maintain the shape and quality over time.

If you do choose to use a washing machine, please wash on a gentle cycle at no higher than 30°C and avoid mixing with heavier items.

Do not bleach, this will damage the fabric and affect the colour.

We recommend avoiding tumble drying and ironing. Simply reshape while damp and hang to dry. The fabric should fall naturally without creasing.

Looking after your piece with care will help it stay beautiful for longer 🧚🏼‍♀️

Know your measurements? Pop them in your notes at checkout or DM us on Insta, this helps us make sure your pieces fit perfectly! Please include your bust, waist, hips, and height.
